Terms of Service (The "Aviation Manual" Special)

Because you are selling a Digital Manual, you need to be very clear about what they are "buying" versus "licensing."

Copy/Paste these critical clauses:

Intellectual Property: "The [Manual Name] is for personal or internal organizational use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify these materials without written consent."

License vs. Ownership: "Purchase of this product grants you a non-transferable license to use the content. You do not own the underlying copyright."

No Professional Advice: "This manual is a template and educational resource. It does not constitute legal, aeronautical, or FAA-certified advice."

Refund Policy: "Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final once the download link is accessed (or: Refunds are available within 14 days if the content has not been downloaded)."
